30-day Challenge

I am starting a 30-day challenge to cut out gluten and refined sugar.  After having done much research, I am pretty sure I have an intolerance for gluten and I am borderline diabetic, so the sugar has to go.  It should be an interesting 30 days.  I have gained lots of insight and inspiration for recipes from other blogs and I am excited for the challeng to start!
